tips for printing & colouring

I recommend printing your cards on heavier weight paper to give them a nice card feel.

I have printed my cards  on 160 g/m2 white card on my printer at home, a Brother HL – L2300D laser printer, which worked well for me, but later I found that the maximum paper weight recommended for my printer is 120 g/m2 ;) I have also used the heavier weight paper without problems with my inkjet printer (I have a Brother DCP-T300).  Please check your printer specifications and proceed at your own risk :)

If you’d like to use watercolour or watercolour pencils, make sure you print your card on a laser printer, not an inkjet printer, because inkjet printer ink is not water proof, and it will run. Of course inkjet printing is fine for colouring with colouring pencils.
